As of 2023, all shares are held by QBayLogic Foundation. By doing this, the company avoids shareholder value primacy and its common pitfalls. Without shareholders, profits don’t flow to the happy few but to the company’s employees and its mission. By doing this, we hope that we can truly build elegant, technical solutions. Together.
